AFFARA operates a curated marketplace for emerging-market brands, together with UK fulfilment and growth services. By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.
We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
Orders and contract
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch. If an item becomes unavailable after payment we cancel that line and refund it in full.
Prices shown include applicable UK VAT unless stated otherwise. International orders may attract duties and taxes, explained on the delivery pages.
Handmade and made-to-order items
Many pieces are hand-dyed, hand-woven or made to order. Colour, pattern placement and measurements vary between units. Such variation is a feature of the craft and is not a fault.
Liability and law
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury or fraud.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
