Delivery
Every AFFARA order is picked, checked and packed at our consolidated fulfilment centre, so items from several brands arrive together in one parcel.

Dispatch
In-stock items are dispatched within one working day of payment confirmation. Made-to-order and made-to-measure items show their production window on the product page before you buy.
You receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking as soon as the courier collects the parcel.
Estimated delivery
United Kingdom: 2–4 working days. Europe: 3–6 working days. United States and Canada: 4–8 working days. Rest of world: 5–12 working days.
Estimates start from dispatch, not from order placement, and exclude customs clearance time.
Duties, taxes and thresholds
Applicable duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout where we can collect them in advance, and shown as a separate line before payment.
Where duties cannot be prepaid for a destination, the checkout states clearly that the carrier may collect charges on delivery.
Consolidated shipping
Because stock is held centrally, multi-brand orders normally ship as a single parcel. Occasionally an order ships in two parcels — for example when a made-to-order piece follows later — and each parcel is tracked separately.
