Legal

Seller Agreement

Summary of the commercial agreement between AFFARA and partner brands. The signed agreement takes precedence.

Demonstration content — Draft policy wording for the prototype. Final text must be approved by AFFARA's legal advisers before launch.

Onboarding

Brands are approved after application review, sampling and quality inspection. Approved brands receive an onboarding pack covering imagery, sizing, composition and packaging requirements.

Commission and settlement

Commission and any fulfilment fees are set out in the brand's commercial schedule. Settlement runs on an agreed cycle after the returns window closes for each order.

Fulfilment and stock

Brands may hold stock at the AFFARA UK facility or dispatch directly. Consignments are checked in, counted and inspected on arrival, and discrepancies are reported before put-away.

Intellectual property

Brands retain ownership of their marks and imagery, and grant AFFARA a licence to use them for listing, marketing and retail activation purposes.
