Marketplace Terms

Terms that apply between AFFARA, partner brands and customers on the marketplace.

Marketplace role

AFFARA curates and lists partner brands, and may act as merchant of record or as marketplace operator depending on the fulfilment model for each brand. The product page states who fulfils your order.

Listing standards

Partner brands are responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions, composition, care information and compliance of their goods. AFFARA reviews listings before publication and may unpublish an item at any time.

Service standards

Brands commit to agreed dispatch windows, stock accuracy and response times. Repeated failure to meet standards may lead to suspension from the marketplace.
