Start the return in your account. Returns are handled centrally by AFFARA, inspected at the fulfilment centre and refunded to your original payment method.

Apply through the brand application. Accepted brands send stock to the fulfilment centre; AFFARA handles storage, quality checks, photography support, packing, shipping, returns and customer service.
